River Plate starlet forward Sebastian DRIUSSI has stated that he will be staying at the club.
Despite rumors, River Plate’s young forward DRIUSSI has come out on the radio and stated that he wants to stay at the club. Here’s what he had to say about the transfer rumors:
“I told my agent not to listen to offers for me. I have my head here (at River Plate) and I’m happy”.
Sebastian DRIUSSI at River Plate and Argentina:
DRIUSSI came through River Plate’s famous La Máquina (the machine) youth system and got his first break with the senior team back in 2013. Since then, DRIUSSI has accumulated a total of 14 goals in 53 league matches. At the international leve, he has represented Argentina at two different levels. In the U17, Sebastian scored 7 goals in 15 matches while with the U20’s, his ratio was slightly less impressive with 1 goal in 8 matches.
I don’t know why but I don’t see Driussi as someone special for our future.
Messi came as a forward and started dropping down to the midfield!
Dybala did the same earlier than Messi (deeper than Messi too)!
Driuzzi following d same before even moving to Europe!
He seems to be not special may be because we have similar players who are better!
This is it: “we have similar players who are better”
For example: while skeptic about Lautaro Martinez still think he is more talented than Driussi.
The news that Driuzzi is going to Spurs has been in the air for a long time; ever since Pochettino became Tottenham Manager.
It didnt happen this Jan. Now till d end of this season better he keep quite! Thats what he did!
“I told my agent not to listen to offers for me. I have my head here (at River Plate) and I’m happy”.
Translation: Neither Real nor Barcelona came knocking, so I might as well stay in Argentina 😀
Haha… good translation!
