Martin DEMICHELIS retires, to join Malaga coaching staff

Martin DEMICHELIS has officially retired and joined Malaga’s coaching staff.

The former Argentina, Bayern Munich and Manchester City man had announced his retirement prior to Malaga’s last La Liga match of the season. Speaking prior to the match, DEMICHELIS had this to say:

Martin DEMICHELIS:

“I want to be honest. I lost the strength in my legs and my concentration. But I want to give thanks to football. Ending my career at Malaga is a dream”.

It has since been reported that Michel GONZALEZ wants DEMICHELIS to join his coaching staff for next season.

DEMICHELIS, who’s won two Argentine Clausura titles, four Bundesliga titles, a Premier League title, two League Cups and a World Cup runner-up has not had a bad career.
