  1. These are the players who played in the last 1 year…but above 30 or soon to be 30..!
I believe the coach should think about WC and make a good team. Let the youngsters gain experience. Please select the young players who deserved if the below players are replaceable.

    Franco Armani
    Esteban Andrada
    Agustin Marchesin (Must Cut)

    German Pezzella
    Nicolas Otamendi
    Marcos Rojo (Must Cut)
    Walter Kannemann (Must Cut)

    Sergio Aguero
    Lionel Messi
    Roberto Pereyra (Must Cut)

The above 30 years players should be selected only if they don’t have any replacement yet or must for the team.
What is your opinion on this??

  2. Paredes won’t be called up to the squad for covid-19, so it’s interesting to see who will make his place in this two qualifiers.
What common sense says is Guido will be the first choice, but I hope scaloni at least looks at ascacibar or even fausto Vera if possible ( but I don’t think it’s possible).

    • Why not Licha? He is a superb technical and solid player. His passing is not as exquisite as Paredes, true, but defensively he is much better, his interceptions are brilliant. He is a future star.

        • Do u think brother, we have a serious chance of winning the WC22?
A lot of teams are emerging to play beautiful football in the recent times..
I just dont understand why the hell our youngsters being not chased by tier 1 clubs, some of them really have the Argentinian footballing blood in their veins.

    • I want to see Right Back, Gonzalo Montiel and Marcelo Herrera moving to Europe this season.
Also Left Back, Brian Cufre and Claudio Bravo as well.

      • I will add Milton Valenzuela ( LB ) & Frank Escobar ( RB & RCB ) to that list . Both in MLS & look decent.
But i guess the only good fullback we have is Tagliafico & rest all is average unless a real new talent emerges. It is just about how much the average fullbacks can improve themselves with some good Europe exposure.
Montiel West Ham discussions seem stuck. He moving looks risky now.

        • Yeah i want Montel to move ASAP. He is our best bet in our weakest position, right back. I think exposure to the argentina NT can attract european clubs. Montiel is a perfect example of a modern fullback. Fast,Brilliant crosser, good through balls , inexhaustible stamina and decent defensive attributes

  3. Any stats for Dario Sarmiento? Such as goal assists and dribble numbers. I already know for Estudiantes first team but what about some youth stats? Trying to get an idea of how good he is exactly.

  4. 1) Lautaro Valenti , young left footed CB from Lanus being pursued by Caligari . Lanus expecting $10Mill which looks high for Caligari budgets. Rated as a fast CB & a future prospect
    2) Lucas Martinez Quarta – Betis link strong media news that formal offer expected soon. Hope it goes thru this time & Pelligrini as new coach to rebuild Betis will be a great mentor for Quarta to settle in Europe. They are seriously in need of good CB & Quarta can be a starter here for sure. Only challenge can be River Plate negotiating high based on release clause amount

  5. Al-Nassr is a big club, however the leaque is not an Argentina world class player; with just 27 yrs old joining and moving to Arabian country he spoil his own career.
