Lautaro Martínez of Inter has tested positive for COVID and will miss Argentina’s World Cup qualifying match against Venezuela.
Martínez tested positive for COVID prior to flying out from Italy to Spain to take a flight to Argentina. He will miss the match against Venezuela on Friday.
Argentina national team coach will hope to have him for the second match against Ecuador on March 29 but he would have to test negative prior to the match.

Everyone either tested positive or has some knocks or “illness” XD
or broken toe nail.
I hope we have fully fit and fresh squad before the start of world cup. Need to tell players to not over commit in club football.
