Simeone finished the season with a goal. A cross into the penalty area found the Argentine as his header gave Verona in the 1-0 lead.
The 26 year old ends his season with 17 league goals in 35 matches for the club. As we reported a few weeks ago, Verona could end up keeping Simeone who is on loan from Cagliari.
