It was a final to remember and while before the match all eyes were on Lionel Messi, in this footage, the camera literally was on Lionel Messi. It was Gonzalo Montiel who took the winning penalty kick and as the players rushed from the half way line, the Argentina captain dropped to his knees onto the floor.
A few of the players ran back to celebrate with Messi and Sergio Aguero even joined in on the celebrations!

We would have to see it from another angle. It certainly looks like a handball but from another angle we may see it bounced off his head.
