Three Argentine players reportedly wanted by Mauricio Pochettino at Chelsea

Three Argentine World Cup winners are reportedly wanted by Mauricio Pochettino at Chelsea.

Mauricio Pochettino is set to become the new coach of Chelsea in June and reports are already circulating as to which players he wants to bring to the club. According to various reports across Europe, Emiliano Martínez of Aston Villa, Lautaro Martínez of Inter and Alexis Mac Allister of Brighton are the three players wanted by Pochettino.

Emiliano Martínez has been linked with a move away from Aston Villa since winning the World Cup with the Argentina national team. Lautaro Martínez could be more difficult to sign but with his current team mate Lukaku possibly going back to Chelsea, a move for Lautaro could be happening.

Alexis Mac Allister is expected to leave Brighton at the end of the season with Liverpool also interested in signing him.

    • Dude what a team this would be. There is already the foundation of a strong defense and midfield laid out. If this happens then it will finally be time to get a Chelsea jersey. I havnt owned one since the 2003 yellow “auto glass” crespo jersey. Great days.
