Argentina national team coach Lionel Scaloni could make three changes in the starting eleven to the match against Egypt at the World Cup.
The Argentina national team will play Egypt in the Round of 16 at the World Cup and coach Lionel Scaloni could make three changes to the team that won 3-2 against Cabo Verde. According to Gastón Edul, Scaloni will start Nicolás Tagliafico in place of Facundo Medina.
Nicolás Tagliafico did not start Argentina’s 3-2 win against Cabo Verde but was substituted into the match for Medina. The second change to the starting eleven is Leandro Paredes for Thiago Almada.
Leandro Paredes did not start for Argentina against Cabo Verde but was substituted in for Rodrigo De Paul. Julián Álvarez, who was substituted in for Lautaro Martínez against Cabo Verde, is set to start in place of Lautaro Martínez.

All eyes would be on Alvarez and any one from the midfield to put the pressure upfront. The space that the team gifted to Cabo Verde needs to be minimized today. Hope, Paredes helps do that. Enzo and MacAllister should start owning their roles now. For the time being they should keep the worries about their club career away and give the best for the country, for the captain and for the global fanbase.
