Cristian Romero speaks on his injury for Argentina vs. Austria at World Cup

Cristian Romero spoke about the injury he sustained during Argentina’s match against Austria at the World Cup.

Romero was substituted out with an injury for Argentina in their 2-0 win against Austria. The Argentine spoke to the media after the match. Here is what he had to say:

“I felt a new pain but I know that in three or four days, I will be as good as new. It’s already done.”

  1. Scaloni should have taken 9 defenders including Giay specifically considering there are 8 matches in the wc. Now we are stuck with only one fit RB and 3 CBs.
    No point risking Molina against Jordan. Wish Foyth was fit for the WC. My starting xi ..
