Paulo DYBALA has confirmed that he will not eb going to the Olympic games with Argentina.

Paulo Dybala has stated himself that he will NOT be going to the Rio Olympics with Argentina. Juventus told him about it a month ago. Paulo Dybala had this to say:

“I was hoping to be on the list for Copa America because Juventus told me a month ago that I wouldn’t be going to Rio”.

Rumors on who could make final list for Copa

With Tata MARTINO expected to announce Argentina’s list of players for the Copa America on Friday (May 20), rumors in Argentina have already started circulating about who could make it and who could miss it.

Carlos TEVEZ’s name is being thrown around as someone who could end up not getting called-up for Argentina. TEVEZ could miss out with Paulo DYBALA getting included in the team.

DYBALA’s inclusion would be a surprise considering Tata came out a few weeks ago saying that the only players who will play both the Copa America and Olympics are Ramiro FUNES MORI, Mateo MUSACCHIO and Matias KRANEVITTER.

Martin DEMICHELIS appears to be another person who has a question mark next to his name regarding the Copa America. But with all the injuries to defenders, he may still make it.

AFA asking FIFA permission for final list

With the number of injuries growing for Tata MARTINO’s men, the AFA has apparently sent in a special request to FIFA.

It seems as if the AFA has asked FIFA if they can include more players to their list of 40, meaning including a player in the final 23 who wasn’t in the initial list of 40 players.

It remains to be seen who Tata MARTINO is thinking of taking with that request.
