Lionel Messi, Ángel Di María and Nicolás Otamendi are out for Argentina against Indonesia.

Argentina national team coach Lionel Scaloni will be without the three veteran’s for their match against Indonesia on June 19 in Jakarta. It was reported that Messi will not be travelling with the team and now Argentina coach Scaloni has confirmed that the three players will not be travelling with the team.

All three started for Argentina in their 2-0 win vs. Australia on Thursday.

Lionel Messi spoke after Argentina’s 2-0 win vs. Australia about the future of the national team.

“It was complicated to play because of the heat and humidity but we continued with the same idea.

Messi did what Lionel Messi does best and he scored after just 1:19 seconds into the match.

It took Argentina less than two minutes to take the 1-0 lead. Enzo Fernández would get the ball in midfield and drive forward as he would pass it to Messi. The Best player in the world would dribble beyond a defender and place the ball into the side of the goal to give Argentina the 1-0 lead.

The World Cup winners would come close a few more times, most notably Messi who had a chance from a difficult angle but his effort would hit the side netting. He would also try and set up Alexis Mac Allister put the goalkeeper would get there before Mac Allister and close him down.

Scaloni would make more substitutions with Leandro Paredes brought in for Enzo and Guido Rodríguez for Rodrigo De Paul.

Argentina national team coach Lionel Scaloni has named his starting eleven for the match vs. Australia in Beijing.

Lionel Scaloni has made two changes to the team which started the World Cup final. As expected, Marcos Acuña starts in place of Nicolás Tagliafico.

Alexis Mac Allister does get the start, despite reportedly having a bit of fatigue. Up front, Nicolás González starts for Julián Álvarez. Here is the starting eleven:

Lionel Scaloni has all of his players but there are two doubts to the starting eleven. Scaloni spoke at a press conference on Wednesday and stated that the team that would start is almost the same as the one which started the World Cup final.

The two names being mentioned in the Argentine media are Alexis Mac Allister and Nicolás Tagliafico. Alexis Mac Allister has a bit of fatigue and should he be benched, Gio Lo Celso is expected to start in midfield.

Nicolás Tagliafico also has a bit of fatigue and Marcos Acuña would start in his place. This would be the starting eleven for the match:
