Argentina U20 national team coach Diego Placente has named his starting eleven against Brazil.

The Argentina U20 national team will play Brazil in their first match at the South American Youth Championship. Diego Placente’s team have been drawn in Group B with Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador and Bolivia. Here is the starting eleven for the match:

Castellanos made it three goals for Lazio in the Europa League, scoring in their win. With Lazio leading 2-0, it was a cross inside the penalty box which found the Argentine and he would head the ball to give Lazio the 3-0 lead.

The 26 year old now has 10 goals and five assists in 24 matches for Lazio.

Chelsea have made an offer for Alejandro Garnacho of Manchester United.

The 20 year old could be leaving Manchester United for Chelsea. According to Gastón Edul, Chelsea have made a bid to sign him.

Garnacho wants to remain in the Premier League and Manchester United are rumored to be asking in the region of €70 million.

Valente Pierani makes Argentina U20 team, Thiago Silvero injured

Valente Pierani of Estudiantes de la Plata has been called up to the Argentina U20 national team for the South American Youth Championship in place of the injured Thiago Silvero.

Pierani was a late call up to the team with defender Silvero out due to injury. Argentina U20 national team coach Diego Placente and his team will play Brazil on Friday in their first match. Here are the players that have been called up:

Lautaro Martínez has become Inter’s all time leading top goal scorer in the Champions League.

Martínez scored for Inter in their 1-0 win vs. Sparta Praha and has now scored 14 goals in the Champions League for Inter. The 27 year old is on 14 goals, the same amount as Adriano and both players lead the club in Champions League goals.

The Argentine scored five goals in 2019-2020, one each in 2020-2021 and 2021-2022, three in 2022-2023, two goals last season and has two goals this season.
