Argentina against Venezuela in the World Cup qualifiers will be played at La Bombonera.
The last home match of the 2022 Qatar World Cup qualifiers for the Argentina national team will be played at Boca’s stadium. The match was supposed to be played at the Monumental but as we reported last week, that will no longer be the case.
It is the first of two World Cup qualifying matches for Argentina in March. The match against Venezuela will be played on 25 March with the second on 29 March against Ecuador but away from home. Here is the preliminary team that has been called up to the Argentina national team for those two World Cup qualifying matches:

Why is it scaloni summons Armani whyy???
Today’s match vs liverpool would be a test for lautaro. This would be his most competitive match at club level before the wc. Yeah inter may loose this match but a good show from lautaro would boost his confidence and test his endurance during the time when the team trails. Hope he won’t face such situations in the wc.
Wouldn’t the stadium of Newells or Rosario Central be more suitable as this will probably be Messi’s and Angel’s last competitive home game for the NT?

Currently I know only the match number..need to wait until the draw date…to know which teams will play these matches..

Yes, but in all honesty, Armani, Adrada, Marchesion too sometimes, irritating to see them included when we have a few options who should be ahead of them.

If he brings some other value to the team, why not take him as a part of coaching staff or some other role. Why eat up a playing role? We can always create a non-playing role and take him. I have no issues.

He is not taking anyone spot in these qualifiers, if scaloni wants to call 5 goalkeepers he can and there is no maximum players requirement for qualifiers unlike tournaments.
Currently benitez is better than Armani? The answer is yes but Armani inclusion does not effect team perfomance, Scaloni is still winning matches including a copa america final so why fix it if its not broken.
In 2014 WC everyone was crying for willy caballero who was in form of his life but the then coach took romero who was a bench player in his club and he became a hero after that world cup
Armani is terrible at dealing with deadball, he always punch the ball away even when not being preasure.
In recent Copa, we conceided only 3 goals and one of them was the only game which Armani played, againts weakest team Bolivia.
Lets not forget that disasterous performance at 2018 & 2019 tournaments. We conceided about in every games.

Obviously Scaloni not agree with you and i trust Scaloni. so i stand beside him. Personally i don t have problem with Armani. he didn t do anything bad to anyone so i don t care about this subject.
