  1. Tommarrow is the D day. So the spectacle begins . World Cup football is one beautiful even which we cant afford to miss. Lets all enjoy the event and Hope it brings more joy to us fans of Argentina.

  2. Messi trained seperately bcz as a precaution not to happen any tiny injury before crucial.matches.. Cuti is ready a welcome news. hope he is a different player when wearing sky-blue everytime. Pray for all our 26 players injury free and fully fit for 7 games

  3. Messi not injured, just a precaution. He played 90 minutes and he just got a break. Smart move by the team.

10 players seem to be confirmed to start: Emi; Molina, Cuti, Otamendi, Acuna; Paredes, De Paul, Messi, Di Maria, Lautaro

The last place comes down to Papu vs MacAllister

Leo Messi está bien. Se entrenó aparte por pequeñas sobrecargas. Es natural que no se exija cuando no es necesario.
Está bien para el 22 de noviembre

    • Sir, what’s your opinion regarding giving Messi some rest in the 1st game vs Saudi Arabia?
Like for say, he plays 60 mins, Argentina leading by 2-0 and he gets substituted by Dybala/Angel Correa/Almada ?

      • I am all in. Messi resting after we win comfortably seems like a good idea but Scaloni himself already said, “for me Messi will always play full match”.

So it is more likely to see Messi coming as a sub (if one day he is not healthy enough like the Jamaica game) than him starting and be substituted sometimes in the second half.

        • I agree. This is how we lose sight of matches, by not giving the other team enough credit. On paper Saudi Arabia shouldn’t be too hard of a test but this is the WC, anything goes.

  4. Javier Macherano defends Garnacho. He said,”I don’t know why you guys say he is like that. When he was with us in Toulon, he was fantastic. His attitude was probably 10/10.”

    • I dont think there is any speculations over Garnacho in the Argebtina Camp. Its probably media and here in Mundo. Garnacho is a talented kid whose time will come. We need him in the U20 WC and the olympics and then we will see him NT. Why so hurry? He just started in the PL.

  5. For fks sake. Positive vibes only. I am under incredible mental stress due to a family emergency yet still trying to check on updtes. Dont know if I will be able to watch any match this WC. So saying this life is beautiful and we only have so much time to enjoy. Please stay positive and enjoy our favorite NT. La Scaloneta is the spirit of the team. We will overcome challenges.

  6. I can’t believe how people think on here. They expect Messi and Di Maria to play 7 games at 35 years of age in the most exhausting tournament of all sports. That’s wishful thinking to say the least

  7. The ones wearing red vest in training should be the starters. They are
Emi Martinez; Molina, Cuti, Otamendi, ACUNA; Paredes, De Paul, MACALLISTER, PAPU, Di Maria, Lautaro

Messi not included but he is a starter right?

So Acuna will start and it is between MacAllister and Papu? Messi will replace one of them in the starting line up

Licha and Palacios the 2 absentees
