  1. Romero – 8/10. Our best player again.

Otamendi – much better than last match. Didn’t have to deal with counters. Fantastic goal. 7/10

Dibu Martinez – had a couple of good saves and one bad clearance that Cuti Romero bailed him out. 7/10

Thought Enzo and MacAllister did pretty well. MacAllister especially came into his own in the 2nd half. 7/10

De Paul very bad in the first half. Terrible in that position, not good enough on the ball or in passing to beat the press. But smart to get under Brazuca skin and good once Paredes came in and he had a freer role. 6/10

Lo Celso – did Ok. Rusty and lacking confidence. 6/10

Molina again distracted when on the ball, losing it many times which really hurt our outlet. But better defensively. 5/10

Acuña poor defensively. Didn’t do enough offensively. Had that good opportunity early on. 5/10

Julian and Messi were missing in action. 5/10

    Suplentes:
Nico Gonzalez 8/10 in the time he came on won lots of headers, helped move the ball out, and defended.

Di Maria 7/10 big improvement in control cause he moved much more than a hobbled Messi. Almost busted the game open a couple of times. Played reserved to protect the win.

Paredes 7/10 did his job well enough, allowing De Paul to move to his natural role.

Lautaro 6/10 had one good pass to Di Maria. Other than that didn’t pressure well or win long balls like Nico.
