Gio Simeone has been called up to the Argentina national team.

Simeone is back in the Argentina national team for the January and February World Cup qualifiers. The 26 year old was announced back in the Argentina team by his club Verona. The club released a tweet on Monday congratulating him on being back in the team.

The striker is on 12 goals in 20 matches this season.
