Paredes has a low-grade hamstring to his left thigh and he will be out for 12 days. According to Romeo Agresti, Paredes would recover in time for Argentina and be in Qatar for the World Cup.

Martínez scored two goals in a game for the first time this season. With Inter leading 1-0, it was a great solo run by Lautaro Martínez as he dribbled around the Fiorentina players and scored to give Inter the 2-0 lead.

The Argentina made it 3-2 as Inter were awarded a penalty and he would score. He now has three goals in his last two games.

The second goal of the game was Messi’s goal. He would receive the ball inside the penalty area and dribble around the goalkeeper and score.

The Argentine has reached six league goals in the season for PSG, the same tally as he had in all of last season in the league. But Messi had one more assist.

It was 2-0 for PSG and Messi would play another through ball into Mbappe who would score. Messi now leads Ligue 1 with nine assists.

Mauricio Pochettino is being linked to become the new coach of Aston Villa.

Pochettino could soon be coaching in England and two Argentine players. With Steven Gerrard no longer coaching the club, Mauricio Pochettino is one of the names being mentioned as a replacement in the English media.

The Argentine has previously managed in the Premier League as he coached Southampton and Tottenham Hotspur.

Martín Demichelis is a candidate to become the new coach of River Plate.

Demichelis could be coaching his old club. After the announcement that Marcelo Gallardo will not continue as coach of River Plate, names began being thrown around for a replacement.

Despite Demichelis presently coaching Bayern Munich II, he is one of the candidates. According to BILD, Demichelis wants to take the next step in his managerial career and Bayern Munich will not stop him from leaving.
