Argentina’s opponents for the September friendly matches in the United States are all but confirmed.

Lionel Scaloni’s team will play two matches in September in the United States. According to Gastón Edul, the team will play one match in Miami and the second in New York.

The first match will take place between September 20 and 23 against Honduras in Miami. The second match would be in New York between September 25 and 27 against Jamaica.

There are also rumors that the match in New York could be on September 27 against Peru. The match would have to take place on September 25 or September 27 as there is an NFL match between the Dallas Cowboys and the NY Giants on September 26 at Metlife Stadium.

Gio Simeone has signed with Napoli on loan with an obligation to buy from Hellas Verona.

Simeone has signed with Napoli where he will be playing on loan for this season. The Argentine has signed for a loan fee of €3.5 million plus a €12 million clause.

The 27 year old has scored 71 goals since he starting played in Italy and scored 17 goals last season, with not even one of his goals last season being a penalty.

FC Barcelona could be making an offer of €30 million for Juan Foyth of Villarreal.

Juan Foyth is being targeted by FC Barcelona as the Catalan club look for a new right back. According to Gerard Romero, Xavi’s team may make a €30 million offer to Vilalrreal for Foyth.

The Argentine has a release clause of €42 million but it’s also being reported that Foyth is looking to get playing time at Barcelona should the move happen as he is looking to get into Lionel Scaloni’s Argentina national team for the World Cup.

Cristian Cuti Romero is injured and will miss about a month of football.

Cuti Romero is having a roller coasting of a ride to start the season. After being named the Man of the Match in Tottenham Hotspur’s 2-2 draw vs. Chelsea, Gastón Edul has announced that he is out injured.

Romero felt discomfort during the match vs. Chelsea and will be out for about a month. He will be there for Argentina’s two friendly matches in the United States in September.

The Argentine also gave an interview where he discussed the Argentina national team and the World Cup.
