Roberto Pereyra is injured and will miss Argentina’s two friendly games.
Argentina coach Lionel Scaloni will be with one player less when his team travels to play against both Brazil and Uruguay this month. Pereyra suffered a hamstring injury while playing for Watford which has ruled him out of the two matches.
Angel Di Maria and Mauro Icardi both scored for PSG in their 2-1 win vs. Brest.
It was an all Argentina show as the two players gave PSG both goals. Angel Di Maria made it 1-0 for PSG as he dinked the ball over the goalkeeper.
Mauro Icardi would give PSG the win with after Brest had made it 1-1, a low pass into the penalty area was blocked by the goalkeeper but Icardi was there on the loose ball to score.
Lionel Messi scored a hattrick, two of which were free kick goals in Barcelona’s 4-1 win vs. Celta.
Messi does what only Messi is capable of doing. Barcelona were awarded a penalty and it was the captain who took it and scored to give Barcelona the 1-0 lead.
After that came two stellar free kicks as he completed his three goals.

Argentina lost 3-2 vs. Paraguay and are eliminated from the U17 World Cup.
Despite leading 2-0, Argentina found themselves allowing three consecutive goals and are out in the Round of 16 with Paraguay advancing. Zeballos and Godoy scored both goals and after Paraguay came back with three of their own, Palacios would receive a red card.
Gio Lo Celso scored his first goal for Tottenham in their 4-0 win vs. Crvena Zvezda.
Lo Celso made it 1-0 following what can only be called as defensive mistake after defensive mistake. Several chances and failed clearances in the penalty area lead to Lo Celso opening the scoring.
