He was the goalkeeper for the Netherlands when Argentina eliminated them on penalty kicks at the 2014 FIFA World Cup.

MESSI would add an assist, playing a pass in to Sergi ROBERTO for one of the goals.

Barcelona’s captain would get his goal, a great team effort with Lionel rounding it off inside the penalty area.

After the match, COUTINHO said this in regards to Lionel MESSI allowing him to take the penalty.
