Lucas Ocampos scored for Sevilla in their 3-1 win vs. Levante in the Copa del Rey.

Ocampos would prove to be the hero for Sevilla as he would score the match winner. After having initially taken a 1-0 lead, Sevilla would let one in as Levante would draw level. The ball would fall to Lucas Ocampos and with a strike from outside of the penalty area, he would score the second goal of the match which would be the winner.

After the goal, Ocampos and Diego Carlos would hold up a t-shirt in tribute to Emiliano Sala who tragically died last year. The message on the shirt wrote “Emi, always with us”.

Sergio Aguero scored for Manchester City in their 1-0 win vs. Sheffield United.

Aguero started the match as a substitute but was brought on and scored the only goal of the game. Nicolas Otamendi played the full 90 minutes for Pep Guardiola’s team and kept the clean sheet.

Manchester City were awarded a penalty kick and with Aguero on the bench, it was the Brazilian Gabriel Jesus who took the penalty. He had his saved by the Sheffield goalkeeper.

Argentina national team coach Lionel Scaloni was in attendance to watch AC Milan’s 3-2 win vs. Udinese.

Scaloni was reportedly in attendance to continue scouting Rodrigo De Paul and Juan Musso. In terms of outfield players, De Paul has been a constant in Scaloni’s plans. For Musso, he appears to be behind both Esteban Andrada and Franco Armani.

Messi would be at the end of a lovely team play with a right footed finish to score the only goal of the match. Griezmann played a lovely first touch flick over to Vidal and the Chilean with a backheel to Messi who would score.

Alexis Mac Allister and Adolfo Gaich both scored for the U23 Argentina team in their 2-1 win vs. Colombia.

It was Colombia who took an early 1-0 lead despite Argentina getting the better chances. Fernando Batista’s team were awarded a free kick and it was the Boca Juniors man who stepped up to take it.

Mac Allister would take the free kick and a low powerful shot would draw Argentina level. We would see one more goal in the second half.

Argentina would score through Adolfo Gaich as the San Lorenzo man would curl one past the goalkeeper. The score would remain the same but Alexis Mac Allister would get sent off after getting two yellow cards.
