Jorge Sampaoli is negotiating with Sevilla to become their new coach.

Sampaoli could be returning to Sevilla. According to Carrusel Deportivo, the club are currently negotiating with the Argentine.

He previously coached the club in 2016-2017 prior to taking over the Argentina national team. He was able to coach the club to Champions League qualification.

Sevilla’s current coach Lopetegui could get replaced as Sevilla have not had a great start to the season. They are currently close to relegation, having only won one out of their first seven games.

There are presently four Argentine players with the club. Marcos Acuña, Gonzalo Montiel, Papu Gómez and Erik Lamela.

Messi has now reached five league goals and seven assists for PSG in nine league games. PSG were awarded a free kick and it was Lionel Messi who took it and scored to give PSG the 1-0 lead.

The Argentine has now scored in his last five games as he got two goals before the international break. Both goals came in the Champions League and in the league.

He would score in both games for the Argentina national team, one of which was also a free kick.

Paulo Dybala scored for AS Roma in their 2-1 win vs. Inter.

Dybala was in the starting eleven for AS Roma after not playing with the Argentina national team. While Dybala was called up for Argentina and trained with the team, coach Lionel Scaloni decided to rest him.

The Argentina was rested, started for AS Roma and scored. With Inter leading 1-0, a cross inside the penalty area found Dybala who would score off the volley.

He now has four league goals for the club and has scored in his last two games.

Martínez and Correa both played for Argentina in the most recent international break while Paulo Dybala did not enter the pitch.

Paulo Dybala was reportedly rested and not risked by Argentina national team coach Lionel Scaloni for the two games against Honduras and Jamaica. For Lautaro, he scored in the 3-0 win vs. Honduras last week.

The first Serie A game on Saturday sees Gio Simeone and Napoli against Torino. Nicolas Gonzalez and Fiorentina visit Atalanta, who are without Juan Musso due to surgery.

The last game on Sunday has Ángel Di María and Leandro Paredes against Bologna. Monday’s game as Roberto Pereya and Nehuén Pérez with Udinese against Verona.

Lisandro Martínez will go up against Julián Álvarez in the Manchester derby on Sunday.

It’s going to be a battle of two of Argentina’s best young players on Sunday with the international break now over. Manchester City host eternal rivals Manchester United.

Both players featured for the Argentina national team in the most recent international break and will now play against each other. Of the two, Lisandro is the most likely to start.

Cristian Romero and Tottenham Hotspur visit their eternal rivals Arsenal in the first game of the weekend in the Premier League. Alexis Mac Allister, who is also part of the Argentina team, is away with Brighton vs. Liverpool.

Marcos Senesi and Bournemouth will hope to try and get some points as they host Brentford. Manuel Lanzini and West Ham host Wolves.

In the last game on Sunday, Emiliano Dibu Martínez and Emiliano Buendía are away to Leeds United.
