Atletico Madrid are reportedly keeping tabs on Mauricio Pochettino to potentially replace Diego Simeone.
Currently in 6th spot in La Liga, rumors are constantly circulating about Simeone’s future in Spain. Per a report by the Telegraph, should he leave Atletico in the summer, the club could be bringing in Mauricio Pochettino.
The former Tottenham boss is available but rumors are going around that Pochettino would prefer to find another managerial position in England.
Mauro Icardi scored off of Angel Di Maria’s initial shot in PSG’s 2-1 win vs. Nantes.
Angel Di Maria thought he had given PSG the lead but the goal was eventually awarded to Icardi. A low pass into the area by Mbappe found Di Maria and his shot on goal was deflected off of Icardi to give PSG the 1-0 lead.
Di Maria would add a second assist to his name. A corner kick taken by Di Maria found Kehrer’s head who would score PSG’s second of the game.
Alexis Mac Allister scored twice for Argentina and the Brighton man spoke about the win.
Mac Allister has been one of Argentina’s standout performers and is top scorer for Fernando Batista’s team. Here’s what he had to say:

Argentina took a comanding 3-0 lead vs. their eternal rivals but nearly threw it all away in the end. Alexis Mac Allister of Brighton opened the scoring off a free kick to give Argentina the 1-0 lead.
Fausto Vera would double Argentina’s lead with a wonderful strike from outside the area. A cross was sent into the area and it would be cleared away to Vera who’s effort would go through everyone and double the advantage.
Brighton’s own Mac Allister would triple the lead. Adolfo Gaich would hold up the ball and pass it to Mac Allister as his long range effort would beat the goalkeeper for his second.
It would not be a clean sheet as Uruguay would pull one back. A defensive mistake by Argentina would lead to Uruguay’s first. They would add a second before the end of the match.
